Two new one bedroom flats on a tight infill site, formerly the rear garden of a property on Seven Sisters Road. Access from pavement level leads to split levels to maximise the use of the site and achieve a two storey development. Window openings to the street are minimal and light to the main rooms served by a rear courtyard, with angled windows and obscured glazing used to protect privacy. The dark facing brickwork, which was chosen to match a brick colour in the adjacent building, ties the development to the surroundings whilst giving it a strong identity.
